Sengkang West LRT Inner Loop to fully reopen on Oct 4

Full train service along the Sengkang West Inner Loop will resume on Oct 4. The service was disrupted for more than five months to facilitate major upgrading works. A free off-peak rail travel pilot in the northeast will also be extended by another year. Natalie Ong with more.
