German police detain substation sabotage suspect near a power plant with explosive devices in his possession and bombs in a nearby tent

German police detained Daniel V., a 48-year-old resident of Germany, on suspicion of sabotaging several electrical substations across the country. A traffic patrol stopped him to check his documents near the Weisweiler power plant, outside Aachen.
