Pop-up restaurant Terumbu is run by Orang Laut SG founder Firdaus Sani, a fourth-generation Orang Pulau and Orang Laut whose family hails from Pulau Semakau. With his mother heading the kitchen and fellow islander descendants involved, it’s a family affair centred on sharing the
