Daily train trips in Auckland up 60 percent in two weeks since City Rail Link opened

The $5.5 billion project brought two new stations - Karanga-a-Hape and Te Waihorotiu - to the city centre, a redeveloped station at Mangawhau, and turned Waitematā station into two way thoroughfare.
