CE to wear lapel pin symbolising HK's blueprint

Chief Executive John Lee on Sunday said he would wear a lapel pin symbolising the city’s first five-year plan while delivering the blueprint and Policy Address on Wednesday. Writing on his social media, Lee said he and his team would also wear green ties and scarves – all of which, along with th
