Istiqlal Party Secretary-General Nizar Baraka outlined a series of economic and social proposals Friday as part of his party’s campaign for Morocco’s Sept. 23 parliamentary elections, focusing on purchasing power, direct social assistance, health care, housing, employment, water management and food
