Democrats urge RFK Jr. to scrap proposed Head Start overhaul

Democrats are pressing Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to scrap a proposed overhaul of the Head Start program, warning the changes would weaken services for thousands of families nationwide. The proposed rule, dubbed “Reducing Federal Burden for Head Start Programs,”
