Tangier Mayor Mounir Limouri denied fleeing Morocco to avoid questioning in an expanding investigation into suspected electoral fraud, saying Sunday that he traveled to Spain for business and would return to Tangier within days. Limouri, who is also the PAM’s provincial official in Tangier-Assilah,
