Olympus team reveals new Japanese restaurant for Redfern’s $500m dining hub

After the surprise closure of hatted Mexican eatery Lottie, the 100-seat Japanese concept will take over the Wunderlich Lane rooftop site, opening alongside a new restaurant in the former home of Bar Julius downstairs.
