'Hero of Gatwick' becomes human megaphone to help overwhelmed easyJet staff manage angry passengers when flights were axed

Kurtis Toy, 36, who had been kicked off a flight from Gatwick to Aberdeen after more than four hours on board without food, stepped up and offered to shout out instructions for the easyJet staff.
