Morocco, Israel agree to upgrade diplomatic ties, open embassies

Morocco and Israel agreed Wednesday to upgrade their diplomatic relations by elevating their missions in both countries to full embassies and appointing ambassadors, following a trilateral meeting in New York involving the foreign ministers of the two countries and the U.S. ambassador to the United
