U.S. officials in Moscow with new proposal to end Russia-Ukraine war

U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are in Moscow to discuss a new proposal aimed at ending Russia’s war in Ukraine. Michael Bociurkiw, senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, says there is deep skepticism in Ukraine that a proposal acceptable to Kyiv will emerge.
