P-plater in shock after car collides with rear end of TransWA bus on Lockyer Ave roundabout, traffic diverted

A section of Lockyer Avenue has been closed to traffic after a car collided with the back of a bus on Tuesday afternoon, with debris and oil spilling down the road and the teenage driver in shock.
