Perth CBD’s trading rules dubbed archaic by CCIWA as 23 Hay Street Mall shops sit vacant

An investigation by The West Australian of Hay Street Mall has identified 23 vacant shopfronts among roughly 82 properties — meaning nearly 30 per cent of the mall is closed or empty.
