Centre moves Supreme Court to stay hearings on Great Nicobar project

Centre reiterates in Supreme Court that the petitioner, Meena Gupta, has no locus standi to move court in the matter and the petitions are an abuse of process; Calcutta High Court had rejected this argument in May and paved the way for a final hearing in November
