Morocco adopts new rules for electric scooters, e-bikes and public-force vehicles

Morocco has introduced new rules governing electric scooters and assisted-pedal bicycles while exempting vehicles operated by public security forces from requirements to be equipped with devices that monitor speed and driving time. The changes were introduced under Decree No. 2.24.393, dated Oct. 3,
