Impact of Canada's counter-tariffs on Canadian customers

Trade between Canada and the U.S. is getting more expensive for consumers on both sides of the border. Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada had no choice but to impose counter-tariffs on its biggest trading partner, but admits it comes at a cost.
