Trump granting asylum to Afrikaners is 'race-based policy', South African FM claims

In an interview with FRANCE 24 on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, South African Foreign Minister Ronald Lamola said Washington's plan to take in up to 17,500 more White South Africans was "a race-based policy", dismissing the "so-called genocide" of Afrikaners as "fake news".
