Now, Centre tasks secretaries to hold Chintan Shivir to brainstorm reforms, improve welfare scheme delivery

The Union government has directed ministry secretaries to conduct Chintan Shivir (brainstorming) sessions in early October to translate high-level ministerial goals into ground-level reforms.
