Livestream platform launched with cooking, exercise content for seniors

Seniors can now get access to peer-led healthy cooking livestreams and online exercise classes through a new Digital Active Ageing Platform. Seniors can also watch the videos later in their own time. This is meant to complement a national network of 27 active ageing centres. NTUC
