Met Office warns of increased flooding this autumn with El Nino already nearing record-levels - but hosepipe ban could remain in force until WINTER for millions

The chances of a warm and wet meteorological autumn for the UK are around one-and-a-half to two times higher than would normally be expected, forecasters said.
