Democratic Rep. Jim Himes of Connecticut told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that as President Trump rejected Iran's latest proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and restart talks, "the Iranians now, in some sense, control what happens on Election Day."
