Phurpu Dorje Ghale, a survivor from Timure in Rasuwa, recalls the terrifying moment a massive flood swept through the area. He says the sudden roar sounded like a bomb blast, forcing him and others to flee barefoot and climb nearly five kilometres up the hillside to escape the ra
