Flydubai co-pilot was inspired by 9/11 when he planned to crash into Israeli airport terminal: officials

Flydubai co-pilot Hamam al-Hammami reportedly “drew inspiration” from the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks and used two previous flights from Dubai to Tel Aviv to “familiarize himself with the flight route and the airport.”
