Paris 'Dragon Ball' theme park in doubt as Japanese owners deny granting licence

The Japanese rights holders for the Dragon Ball anime franchise have denied giving permission for a theme park in the Paris region based on the popular series. The confusion follows French President Emmanuel Macron's announcement of a deal with Saudi Arabia to build three parks outside the capital.
