Joe DiGenova, a Trump ally tapped to lead a sprawling investigation into many of the president’s perceived enemies, resigned from the post late Thursday, indicating concerns over the strength of the case. The so-called grand conspiracy investigation was led out of a U.S. attorney office in Florida w
