NSW Premier, Opposition leader call for Cross of Valour for police officer who ended Bondi Massacre

Cesar Barraza, the police officer who ended the Bondi Beach massacre, should be awarded civilian equivalent of the Victoria Cross, NSW Premier Chris Minns said.
