‘We shouldn’t exist’. Writer Linor Goralik on literary resistance, reaching Russian teenagers, and the Soviet dissident movement

Shortly after Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, poet and writer Linor Goralik founded the Resistance and Opposition Arts Review (ROAR), a literary almanac featuring antiwar essays, poetry, audio works, and artwork. A few months later, she launched News 26 (Novosti 26), an independe
