Senior Western Officials Were At Ukrainian Train Station Before Russian Strike

"Shortly before the locomotive was hit at the Ukrainian-Polish border, a diplomatic train was at Yagodyn station," Ukraine's rail operator Ukrzaliznytsia said in a statement.
