Police departments work to "change the culture" by building relationships with underprivileged kids

A nonprofit charity, in partnership with police departments, called Do the Right Thing honors the good works of students across the U.S. The Palm Springs chapter awarded 95 scholarships, helping underprivileged students achieve their dreams. Barry Petersen has the story.
