China identifies super-large copper-gold deposit

China announced major breakthroughs in mineral exploration this year, with newly identified resources at the Chating copper-gold deposit in Anhui Province and the Zhugongtang lead-zinc deposit in Guizhou Province, both now classified as super-large deposits.
