SAT finds Thomas Brough ‘behaved in a way that is of a lesser standard’ for a doctor over LGBTQIA+ comments

The SAT has cautioned an Albany doctor after finding he engaged in professional misconduct when he made allegedly homophobic comments about the LGBTQIA+ community in his capacity as a councillor.
