Heavy overnight rain causes flooding in Pattaya

Heavy rain battered Pattaya for several hours on Thursday (Sep 10) night, flooding roads and causing major traffic disruptions across the city. Severe weather has also affected other parts of Thailand, prompting the national water authority to issue an urgent advisory on Friday.
