In a Telegram post, Leonid Volkov, head of political projects at the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), called the European Union’s decision to lift sanctions on billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman “shameful” and said it “sets a terrible precedent.”
