Hong Kong's first chief executive Tung Chee-hwa will receive a public memorial ceremony on Sunday, with a vigil to be held the night before, according to the funeral committee. The committee said the vigil will take place on Saturday from 3 pm to 10 pm at the Hong Kong Funeral Home in North Point
