Frat leaders arrested after cops found dozens of nearly-naked teens in dingy basement in suspected hazing incident

The teens in the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house had "visible injuries consistent with being physically assaulted," covered in food, condiments and other liquids, according to the incident report.
