Dublin Winter Lights in December 'not a U-turn' - DCC

Head of Events at Dublin City Council Tony Smithers has said that the capital's Winter Lights programme was always intended to run in December as before, and had been extended to February, after Lord Mayor Daryl Bannon appeared to suggest the illuminations had been moved to January instead.
