EU foreign policy chief Kallas accuses Russia of weaponising food

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has accused Russia of using food as a weapon and undermining global food security, particularly in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, calling for the immediate restoration of safe passage for civilian and commercial vessels in the Black Sea.
