Centre Challenges Appointment Of Jharkhand Police Chief In Supreme Court

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta mentioned the application before a bench of Chief Justice of India Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana, which agreed to hear and list the Centre's application.
